Timed Start

Hey Everyone! Here is my situation: I have a script saved as a run-only, no start up screen, application. I want it to be put on a computer through connect to server (yes I have login name and password) and then start automatically whether it is on a timer or I start it up on his system without me getting near it. Is that possible? Thanks for all the help!
