Not exactly, Mark. The AppleScript _constant_ "minutes" has a value
of 60. A date's "minutes" property is whatever it happens to be at a
given time. There's obviously a similar distinction for "hours":

--> {{3600, 60}, {23, 11}} (* run here at 23:11 *)
