p.p.s. If you're looking to write a Cocoa application that does application scripting stuff (which ObjC is a chore at), an alternative to AS+Studio would be Python+PyObjC+appscript. PyObjC is a pretty straight wrap of the Cocoa API you're familiar with, so there'll be less of a learning curve, and it's a two-way bridge so mixing Python with ObjC code is easy.
