If the G6 came out tomorrow on a smaller die for half the cost and
3 times the performance, why would they go to intel?
If that were to happen, Apple would have known about it long ago.
Apple believes that it's not going to happen.
Interestingly, it probably means that the "Just in Case" division
would be coding in PowerPC.
