I have a droplet that sets up our templates as an account is approved. You drop the graphic files on the app and it opens a blank template in Quark, filling in the appropriate picture boxes with the appropriate images on four master pages in Quark. I work with a list of images iterating through each one utilizing the following code:

tell picture box num

set image num to alias newImage

end tell

This works but not all the time. Sometimes the script doesn't place the image at all and it is not by passing the code. I can see it select the picture box as it works down the page and through all four master pages however no image is inserted into the picture box. The behavior is irregular and there are times when only the last picture gets inserted. If I trash the new document and try again it works just fine. This happens infrequently on my machine however on a coworkers machine the script fails 75%+ of the time with no errors.

Has anyone see this kind of flakiness inserting images in Quark or am I doing something wrong?? Thanks in advance! OS 10.4.2 Quark 6.5
