Uploading files to a peecee server that can't handle resource forks in Quark files and such. It requires mac-binary files. I was going to use CURL or NCFTP to upload them but I'd need a way to encode them before transmitting.

I could just script Interarchy. It looks like the dictionary is pretty good.
