OS X uses the mount_ntfs utility to mount ntfs drives, but that only
supports reading ntfs. To get Vista to r/w HFS+, you'd need a third party
utiliity. Understand that this would then potentially open your HFS+
partition to damage caused by Windows malware, and is considered a bad idea.

Again, NTFS is read-only under OS X. FAT32 is R/W under Mac OS X, but has a
max volume size limit of 127.53GB according to
