This doesn't seem to work for me;

run script POSIX file (path to scripts folder from local domain as text) & "Universal Scripts/setsoundvolume" as alias

But this does;

run script (path to scripts folder from local domain as text) & "Universal Scripts:setsoundvolume" as alias
