Move email to outbox using Apple script

Hi,

When I try to move a mail into outbox using Mail.app, the mail gets delivered.

But, if I try using the below script:

tell application "Mail" to move myMessage to mailbox "Outbox"

The mail is moved to outbox, but it is not delivered. 

I need to enable/disable the mail account, or quit and relaunch the Mail.app application to deliver the message.

Is there a workaround to deliver the message in outbox without having to quit or enable/disable the account ?
