Are you SURE that you have done the FirmWare update on this computer? We
were unaware that we needed it. We ALSO went up to the Apple site and
downloaded the new 9.2 free update to the system.

We don't use the launcher. We have FoolProof 3.5.2 for our security; so,
we don't use the launcher.

Where are they saving to? We HAVE had problems saving LARGE files to our
Linux (over 2 mg) server. THAT'S why we JUST bought a MAC server.

We upped our memory for the program to 15000.
