PC rename folder problem

Robert,

I had the same issue with XP. Here is a fix I sent someone a while ago:

"I did find a solution. After looking all over Apples site, I found a
reference to an AppleShare IP 9.0.4 updater that is supposed to address the
issue. I tried to install it, but the installer said that my Version of
ASIP was too recent. I dug through the installer package, and found an ASIP
extension (AppleShare IP Web & File) its in the:

SoftwareInstallers/AppleShare IP /9.0.4 Update/Install Files folder of the
installer package.

With extensions off, I dropped the new ASIP extension in my system folder
and rebooted."
