Re: Upgrade Path

AFAIK, And I think I've installed about 20-30 ASIP servers. ASIP 6.3.3
compatibility stops with 9.1. 9.1 and 9.2 are so similar beasts. 9.2.x were
essentially Classic Environment bug fixes. No new features.

Trying to install ASIP over 9.2.2, or indeed 9.2.2 over ASIP 6.3.3 on 9.1
will cause you many problems with the server taking ages to startup its
services (if they ever get there....)

Update to 9.1 and ASIP 6.3.3, as a short term measure. This is the most
stable of ASIP I had experience with.

In the future OS X Panther on a G4 dual or G5 might be worth looking forward
to.
