Today I had this problem. I rooted around in the ASIP CD, and found the
update HD image, (ASIP 6.3.3. Install:Software Installers: Restore
AppleShare IP: AppleShare HD.img. I mounted it, and just copied everything
to the appropriate places. (extensions are all placed in an extensions
folder, etc.) When I rebooted, I started with extensions manager to shut off
the OT push TCP Filter and mail extensions, etc. Worked perfectly.
