No. No. No. Just don't quit Retrospect! Have it as a startup item and leave
it. thats is. Zero issues. Zero problems. backgroun it or hide it if it makes
you nuts seeing the screen. In prefs, set to not quit. There are scripts as you
request. Dantz sent me one some time back but I never needed it.

There are several OS 9 applications which could help, but that would be bad

advice, You really need to run them separately, on different Kasten (boxes).
