Problem about sending SCSI commands to USB device

Hi,
I need to send standard SCSI commands to USB device on Mac OS X 10.3.9, either in user space or kernel space is ok.
I read the archive like WorkingWithSAM, some samples like SCSIOldAndNew and many mailing lists about this, but there are no clear steps about sending SCSI commands to USB device.
I can't find the clear way to do this, if i should write a kext? And if i write a kext, how to use it?
Really missing the way, hope someone finger out what i should do, thanks and apologise for my poor English!
By the way, if i should send this message to email@hidden or email@hidden?
                                                        Best Regards,
                                                              Shining
