Re: .Mac

I love my mac.com acct and I use it almost exclusively for User group
related mailings. Other than receiving all my MUG mail there and sending out
all the MUG related stuff from there, I use my homepage because it's EASY. I
don't have Go Live, don't know html, and everyone who knows about my site
has the page bookmarked and looks for regular updates.

My son is in the Navy. Our entire family and all our friends keep up to date
because of this site. I also sent up a "secret" page just for him and I
posted pictures of the dog and family regularly when his ship left the week
after 9/11. Mailing attachments wasn't a good idea because the email was
always "clogged" on board ship. With the website (which I could handle), he
just clicked the link and got to see those he loved and missed. Now I have
to figure out what to do about that.... I liked me being able change and put
up the pictures for him and the Navy Moms Organization, and not having to
depend on someone else. Oh well...

Regards,
Jax
