Moby Concert volunteers

Dear User Group leaders,

I hope you're doing well! I apologize for emailing you with this last minute request... hopefully you and your members may want to be involved. Please feel free to ask your members and friends (who are all Apple enthusiasts, right?) if they'd like to participate.

We're looking for your help, and we have a cool opportunity to offer. We are helping coordinate Apple's involvement and booth
presence at the upcoming Moby concert Tour which covers 12 cities starting
July 28 going through August 16 -- right around the corner. Sorry for the late notice.

We will have a 30' x 30' tented booth with 8
iMacs running and 24 iPods. We are looking to staff the booth at each of the different venues with
volunteers who are Apple enthusiasts. You will receive a shirt, hat, and a lot of fun at the concert.

We have 2 shifts for each concert and need 6 reliable, responsible folks for
each shift.

1pm -7:30 PM (to work the booth - show people how to try out the iPods, let
them play on the imacs, answer general questions), hand out iPod takeones.
We are not looking for super techie types as this isn't a Macworld crowd.
The booth will close down at approx. 7:30pm.

9 pm - midnight:
Hand out an ipod card at the exits of the venues to folks as they leave.
