Actually, we have an agreement with our venue, which is a non-profit
social service agency. Any Mac that is donated to them we agree to
refurbish and the venue finds homes for them. The donor gets a tax
writeoff, we get space at no charge, the clients of the agency get
free computers, and most important is the fact things are kept out of
a landfill. We also coordinate with a local ISP to get them free or
reduced internet access.
