Question about AMCategory and AMWarning

I'm getting ready to distribute a custom action, I've tried to edit the value for:

AMCategory="Finder" in Info.plist, as well as specifying the identical value in the localized file. When I search Automator, it does not show my action.

Keywords do work.

Second question, I followed the AMWarning guidelines, and added the following dictionary

<dict>

<key>Action</key>

<string>com.apple.Automator.SpecifiedFiles</string>

<key>ApplyButton</key>

<key>IgnoreButton</key>

<key>Level</key>

<key>Message</key>

</dict>

Then, I localized the Apply, Ignore and Message buttons.

I end up with a strange dialog box, which has the localized button names, and a third Cancel button. Where does this button come from? How do I get rid of the third button, and where does it come from?
