That error code is the generic "Unknown" error, so it's not going to
be very helpful. The easiest way to determine the failure would be
to take a packet trace. Type the following and send the resulting file.
sudo tcpdump -i en0 -s 0 -w DumpFile.dmp

However, if I then try to do a manual registration using nsupdate,
it just works correctly. And there have been occasions where it has
worked, but it stopped working for unknown reasons shortly afterwards.
I tried googling for this error code, but it did not give many
results and it happened mostly in combination with other errors,
which were the cause. However, in this case, this is the only error
I get.
Can someone help me track down what is causing this and solve this
problem?
