Tiger: how to disable Bonjour service?

Hello. I am not a Bonjour developer, I am an Applescripter.

I had written an Applescript to disable the mDNSResponder, which is now
broken in Tiger. I originally wrote the script for Mac users at LANL, their
IT department considered it a security risk and didn't allow it. Now with
Tiger I am getting urgent requests to update my script for Tiger, however it
looks like the entire StartupItems system has been overhauled. Please help
with a way to disable the service.

You can see how I disabled it in 10.3:

Any help greatly appreciated, I'd hate to use a kludge to kill the daemon,
and this new UNIX startup system is beyond me.

Thanks!
