Re: (no subject)

After a tip from Kiren, I found out the error was coming from the clock on my DNS Server being set to Pacific time zone, while my client was set to Eastern. The DNS server at this point doesn't give me any more errors, however, I have a new error in my system log from a mDNSResponder:

Jun 12 12:42:18 littledavinci mDNSResponder <Error>: HostnameCallback: Error -65557 for registration of littledavinci.bonjour.example.com. IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Thanks for the reply Kiren- both clocks the 2 computers are set by a time-server, so they at most 30 seconds apart.

Eric,

The DNS-SEC signature relies on a timestamp to prevent replay attacks. Please make sure that the clock on both the client and server are set accurately (they must be within 5 minutes of each other.)

Regards,
Kiren
