That is the situation we are seeing, the server has been up for a
few hours, the client restarts (completely), and then doesn't hear
the server's mdns advertisement.
The server is running Bonjour on Linux and the client is running
jmdns.
A packet trace would be good.
I'll try and get that, I'm off site right now.
