You'll need to be able to install the mDNS daemon/service in one way or
another. I am using mDNSd, the Linux daemon on an embedded device (6 mb
install) but I doubt you can install the Windows client on Windows
Mobile, so you'll probably need to port the posix daemon or the core
code to Windows Mobile yourself.
