Thread-topic: How to turn off the print preview button?
Could you install a Carbon Event handler on the application target
instead, and when you get the event, see if the window with the PDF is
frontmost?

Thanks. Mouse wheel doesn't work because Carbon Events do not work in
the Cocoa window of Safari.
