Are you using either setcmykcolor or setrgbcolor? Both of these work
in my EPS files.
If you are using setcolor, you also need to initialize the Color Space
using setcolorspace. For Example:
/DeviceCMYK setcolorspace
1 1 0 0 setcolor
If you don't set the Color Space, the initial value is /DeviceGray.
