Is there a way to ask the system to display the spinning cursor?
I have an occasional task that eventually brings up the spinning
cursor but until the cursor shows up it looks like my app is just
dumbly sitting there. For most tasks I put up a progress bar to give
good ui feedback, but not in all cases.
So having a way to have the system show the cursor immediately would
be useful on occasion. And of course, I'd rather not use a yesteryear
"watch" cursor...
SetAnimatedThemeCursor + kThemeSpinningCursor ?
