When editing a menu in IB, I can copy the left delete glyph from the
special characters palette and paste it into the item's menu key field
where it is displayed properly, but the glyph won't display in my app.
I have to go through
GetIndMenuItemWithCommandID() to find the menu item and then
SetMenuItemKeyGlyph ( kMenuDeleteLeftGlyph )
to get what I want. Am I missing something, or is this a problem in IB?
