MallocDebug

    Hello,

I have an ugly memory leak I am trying to track down.

I thought I could try the MallocDebug tool. But I cannot get it to Launch
my application.

I get the message.

-------------------------
Read Data

"Unable to read malloc information from
/Users/matt/dev/iShell4/iShell/English/bin/debug/RunShell.app/Contents/MacOS
/RunShell"
-------------------------

What I do is open MallocDebug Open new window. Pick my application. Launch
the app.

I could attempt to build the application linking directly to the debug lib
but I have lots of frameworks and bundles I build as well so this is lots of
make files to update.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I have tried launching from Xcode...but this is really nothing but a empty
project that links to my application. All building is done via makefiles
and terminals.

It is a standard Carbon Application.

Thanks,
Matt Veenstra
