I can't for the life of me figure out how to determine the width of the
implicit border for a metal window. It's roughly 3 pixels on each side,
but I really don't want to handle this by hard coding in the value.
GetWindowStructureWidths doesn't return the proper value, nor do any
constants passed into GetWindowBounds/GetWindowRegion.
Any ideas on how to figure this width out?
