I'm sorry, I didn't see that thread.
All the code currently using GetPtrSize would
be more efficient and lots of developers could so something more
productive
with their time instead of having to worry about this kind of stuff and
changing code.
I would say that GetPtrSize is exactly as efficient as it should be. A
better way to know the size of a pointer is to keep track of it
yourself.
Apple drops the ball again.
