How can I identify a drag that is a toolbar item, such as from the customize sheet?

My application displays the kThemeNotAllowedCursor for any drags with invalid content (I'm mainly looking for text), and this gets triggered by a toolbar item. The cursor also doesn't get reset to the arrow, and I'm not sure if that's my app's fault or not.

You can download a copy of DragPeeker X from <http://www.idio.com/Products/dpx/>
which will show you exactly what is in the drag, both before and after you drop it.
