Nope, just normal windows. The most common situation is that I've launched
an application and brought another application forward while the first is
launching. At some point the newly launched application opens a window and
it ends up on top of everything, but it doesn't get focus. This doesn't
*always* happen when I launch applications, but seems to involve some kind
of timing issue with respect to how fast I switch to another application or
some such thing.
