A custom Carbon event that I put in when we need to defer a task
until we get back to the main event loop.
Are you using RunAppModalLoopForWindow() ?
Not yet, but that's the plan eventually. All event loops are
currently WNE and I'm adding Carbon event handlers for events we need
to catch, as well as adding the standard handlers flag to all windows.
