How do I use TrackMouseRegion with a tracking area?
It doesn't really make sense to mix the two. Tracking areas are
something you use to get mouse-entered and mouse-exited events.
TrackMouseRegion is something you use to create a nested event loop
for tracking the mouse until it's released, generally while showing
some sort of feedback.
