I'm trying to make a program which creates a fullscreen
window and allows users draw on it using a specific device.
All worked fine with HideMenuBar before I had to make the program a
LSUIElement. Now I move the window to a level higher than the menu bar,
but it causes other problems. For example, I need a KeyboardViewer to be
visible.
