I have a problem that sounds similar. I have a text view embedded
in a scroll view which is embedded in a tab control.

This worked all fine on Panther. However, now on Tiger, the text
view does not seem to get the mouse clicks when I click on it.

The result is I can't select the text with the mouse. Or position
the insertion point in the text. (I can type text).

Why is this? It worked completely and transparently on Panther.
