I'm calling NavCreateGetFileDialog() passing it a NavTypeListHandle with
only 'qtif' in there and the resulting dialog does not allow png nor
jpeg nor tif files to be selected.

So I'm back where I started... What's the 'modern' way to show a Nav
Serv dialog allowing any image file QT can open to be selectable?
