Jesse,

Just create a default Carbon Project.  then open the main.c file and SaveAs main.cpp.  

If you are doing that often, as I do, you may want to create a custom project that is C++ from the start.

You can create and save Project Templates and File Templates.
These are located at /Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools/
