Surely I'm not the only developer who needs to ship a cross-platform product on a custom hybrid CD. (By "custom hybrid CD", I mean a CD that mounts on a Mac as HFS+, and mounts as Joliet on Windows, showing completely or somewhat different sets of files in the two cases.) How do you do it? Toast 5 was able to do it, but that doesn't run on OS X, and later versions of Toast can't. It can be done, somewhat awkwardly, with the hdiutil command line program, but that's broken on Tiger (rdar://4157299), so I have to boot into Panther.
Toast 5.2.3 runs under OS X.
