Just one example:
The data in window represents entry in database and drag specifies
ID of that entry. Unless user saves document, the in-memory
representation doesn't match data in the database, so allowing
dragging proxy icon will result in the movement of an out-of-date data.
IMHO, the current behavior is buggy. "Dragablity" should be controlled
independently and by default it should be prohibited for modified
windows (possibly with an option to specifically enable it). That said,
I am not sure if a feature that was specifically introduced in 10.2 as
a feature could be qualified as a bug now. :)
I'll file radar for this.
