Any progress with this? Is it reasonable to expect MLTE's support
for e.g. Doc (Word) or HTML formats in the nearest future?

Alternatively, are there any converters for use in Carbon (perhaps
based on Translation Services infrastructure?) to convert between
RTF -> DOC -> HTML?
