- Use NSTextView that supposedly allows exporting to DOC/HTML. That
requires Cocoa's control (and hence Cocoa's window, right?).

If it makes a difference, it's NSAttributedString that can output .doc format (I'm not sure what outputs HTML). Not a view, so it MIGHT be easier to use in a Carbon app. --
