Title: ATSUDrawText draws boxes instead of russian characters

Anyone drop a hint on how DrawThemeTextBox() draws russian characters correctly but ATSUDrawText() does not.

I can't use DTTB because of the SInt16 16300 odd limitation and DTTB ignores the current translation matrix for the current context.

Do I need to add a tag to the style (checked the tags, the kATSULangRegionTag tag doesn't make any difference)?

What am I missing?
