Personally, I wish there was a way to only enable it for
applications I trust.
Specific example: Ventrilo needs it in order to detect "push-to-
talk" keypresses when it is not the foreground app, but I don't
want to enable it for apps other than Ventrilo.
Yeah. Rumour has it that Access Control Lists could be used for
that... file a bug report, maybe it'll help.
