Startup crash with CFM app on Mac - Intel

Hi,

When I try to launch the CFM app created using Code Warrior 8 on Mac - Intel
system.
It crashes at startup.

Is this crash is because of the startup code provided by Code Warrior ?
or
Rosetta is crashing?
