So sad. Realistically though, if you copy a custom icon in some manner to a
Windows box you end up with 40K or more of icon data Windows users can't
use. Those auxiliary Mac files like AppleDouble files and .DS_Store files
often do nothing but cause headaches for the people on the Windows side.
