We haven't made any changes here, but it does seem like it would be
easy to fix. I'll try to look into this soon.
I believe the Nav dialog just uses a document-class window. That has
the same appearance as a movable-modal window on Mac OS X, so I'd
think it would be an acceptable workaround.
