Desired result: Preventing the window from automatically expanding
after the
first call to CollapseWindow (after a timeout) in the
kEVentWindowExpanded
event.
I'm not sure why the window is expanding after you call CollapseWindow
on it (and don't really have time to investigate right now), but I
think the more important question is, why you are trying to collapse
the window again after the window expands? What is your overall goal?
Perhaps there's a better way to achieve it.
