Currently plans call for the Carbon Event Manager to continue to be
available in 64-bit HIToolbox, but not the Menu Manager.
Also, I'm particularly interested in HITheme which has no equivalent
in Cocoa.
HITheme is currently undecided. We did hear from multiple developers
at the conference today who use HITheme and would like to see it in 64-
bit.
